• you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country;
• you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

To use the service, you may register or create an account by providing complete and truthful information. Some features may be limited without an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must choose secure passwords. By registering, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities under your account.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Limited personal use (e.g., downloading your own audition submissions) is permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• violating laws or these terms;
• infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempting to disrupt the platform or access data without authorization;
• submitting offensive, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We reserve the right to suspend access and report misconduct to authorities if necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Audition fees

Some honor group auditions require a fee, as displayed during the registration process. Fees, deadlines, and conditions are described on the relevant honor group registration pages.

Payment process

• Payment is required at the time of audition registration.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout (via Stripe).
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Delivery of services

AuditionHub provides digital services only (student registration, audition submission, adjudication, and results). No physical goods are delivered.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditionHub is not liable for:

• technical issues, downtime, or interruptions of service;
• data loss or corruption beyond our reasonable control;
• misconduct, infringement, or misuse by users.
