Use your school email. If Google or Microsoft is blocked by your district, use the email code.

Directors register themselves and their students and upload audition recordings.

Some groups collect the fee in AuditionHub. Others send you to their own site. Check that group's Payments page, or email the contact listed there.

High school groups list CHSAA schools without "High School." Search just the name (for example, "Example High School" becomes "Example"). If your CHSAA school still isn't listed, contact support. Middle school groups do not use the CHSAA list. Type your school's full name when you set up your account.

Some school districts block third-party sign-in. If you see an error, use the email code sign-in instead.

Sign in and go to the Director area. Open the small menu next to your name (look for the three dots) and choose “Add honor groups.” You can only add groups at the same level (high school or middle school) as the groups you already joined. If you teach both levels, use a separate account for each. If you don’t see that option, you might already be in all available groups at your level.

Use the group switcher at the top of the app (it shows your current group name). Click it and pick the group you want. On phones, open the menu first, then use the same switcher. If you don’t see the group you want, add it first from the profile menu using “Add honor groups.”
